Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.


Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand or supply chain disruption, processing times may be extended.

Order Tracking

 


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

 


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.


If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

 

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

Lost or Stolen Packages

 


Once an order has been delivered to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.


If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

 

  • Please contact the carrier directly

  • We will assist with filing a claim when applicable, but are not responsible for replacement or refund
