Returns

 


We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return authorization must be obtained prior to sending items back

 


Due to safety, quality control, and compliance considerations, opened, used, or altered sealants, chemical products, or applicators are not eligible for return, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

 

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Opened or used sealants or chemical products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or incorrect application

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

 


This policy exists to protect product integrity and customer safety.

 

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 


If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Please include:

 

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

 


We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.

 

 

 

Refunds

 


Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Please note:

 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

 

 

 

 

Return Shipping

 


Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

 

 

 

Order Cancellations

 


Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
